 Первым победителем премии «Зелёная Земля» в 2005 году стала книга Lynne Cherry «The Sea, the Storm and the Mangrove Tangle», адресованная детям 3–8 лет (номинация «Picture Book»).
 На русском языке изданы книги — обладатели премии «Зелёная Земля»: Бенджамин А. «Доклад о медузах» (Benjamin А. «The Thing About Jellyfish», 2015) и Файви Э. «Мусорная революция» (Fyvie E. «Trash Revolution», 2018).
 С 2005 года было вручено более 152 книг стали победителями премии и обладателями почётных грамот. Сегодня премия продолжает привлекать внимание литературного мира как уважаемая награда, принося признание создателям книг, и, что более важно, формируя экологическое сознание у представителей подрастающего поколения.
